Day in and day out dealing with student, can sometimes or always be a challenge but worth an experience and also an open door to learn the in's and out of dealing with different character's, personalities and also getting to spread your wings in working with so many field of courses at once. You end up having the knowledge/ educating yourself in a short period of time, in the field's you never thought you will end up in...e.g. Psychology and Engineering...whereas you are into Business fields. Walking in the door steps of your office, in your mind you have the Thought " I am here for what i need", i am here to focus on building myself and my future,without minding the negative thoughts or doings caused by other's,Dealing with different personalities and how to work in group and how to handle yourself when you reach that point, it also helps on how to contain myself when dealing with the client because i already know different characters out of my co-workers.
Pros: great opportunity to market yourself in the field of Sales.
Cons: pressure with getting students to register for commision

Excellent learning environment
I, Shaynaaz Hassan, hereby wish to apply for the position of as advertised. I gained excellent computer knowledge through formal training on MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and Outlook. I passed with matric exemption with Maths and Accounting. In the banking industry working under pressure is the norm. By being versatile and able to fill various positions motivated me to be innovative and flexible. Excellent communication skills are imperative when dealing with clients and colleagues. I have more than 10 years experience in the financial sector and I am eager to explore more. Self Driven, Achievement and Goals
Working for Intec is challenging, however educating and for a person who want to learn different things at times,it is very interesting. It gives you an opportunity to study more and enrich your mind. Co-workers are very friendly and open minded. they are all working as one team. very friendly people. At times we disagree however, it helps us figure out what the problem or root cause could be; in order for us to find a solution. we are working with learners and assisting them with the studying problems and that makes us as employees learn more and understand batter; since we participate often to their deterrent tutorials

Great opportunities
My job gives me a great challenge, i get to talk to different people and meet different characters through it. It challenges me in every way and gives me an opportunity to grow. through it i was afforded the oportunity to study which is something i have been looking forward to for a long time. Ironically this is the same reason i cant be in it anymore.. the fact that it is so hectic with long working hours, i cannot study and do my assignments. it is a great place to work i just feel im not accommodated at this point.

Everyday is a challenge to get prospective students pay their registrations
To follow up on online enquiries of prospective students who wants to study. The most challenging part is the fact that we are a correspondence college and most of the corporates prefer part time classes for their students. The people that I work with are always supportive and that has learnt me what teamwork really is.

Learning curve
At the company i am assisting with transfers, customer operations office and customer care queries,working on the crm system assisting with cancellations, support queries, relieve at the switchboard and other admin related queries.

Cons: we have an 8 hour day of which can get to little

Excellent learning stage
8-4;30pm nice working hours great relationship with workers not great to work saturday] i have learnt to close a deal. Little commission structure we get discouraged to change jobs

Gained a lot of experience
Intec College is a distance Learning college,i was dealing with both walk in and calling students and prospectus students,queries,inquiries,Reporting to my Branch Manager,taking minutes at meetings and scheduling meetings.

Stagnant Growth Opportunities
It is a tense environment with an amiable atmosphere. I have certainly learnt to work under pressure and to produce great results. My co-workers are quite friend, and there is great camaraderie among-st the general stuff. I enjoy the fact that I am trusted with my own work and that there is an emphasis on self management. It has certainly taught me to be self sufficient. I do find the lack of consultation on important matters rather disadvantageous at times at it impacts on my sales.
