Satisfaction when customer is happy with our product.

It is very good to work with the team here. Everyone knows their roles and assist each other to ensure the job is done as per quality standards and on time to ensure customer satisfaction. I get satisfaction when equipment handover and training is complete and the customer is happy. On a typical day I get satisfaction from assisting clients in and aound Southern Africa and our branch personnel whenever a problem arises and resolve the issues over the phone.

Pros: I travel a lot in Africa and enjoy meeting new people and learning about different cultures.
Cons: Long hours spent on customer sites to ensure ontime delivery.

Exelent learning experiance

I enjoy working for intaka and everyday have new challenge, i enjoy working with my co-workers and we almost like a small family Since the day i started at intaka it have been a good experiance and thus far i have leant alot ......i might not have the qualifications but bcause i am a hard worker and a quick learner intaka have promoted me for all work done so far .....because of intaka i have now got the managerial skills that most companies reqiur

Pros: Everthing i know today i have leant from Intaka, well at least 50% of my experiances
Cons: Working a normal 8 hour shifts and overtime of required
