I had great time working there because I had learned a lot and gained experience

The company I had worked for is a very good company to work at and gain and experience in. They are very kind and loyal to their staff and take them very seriously. One thing I didn't like about the company was that they did not tell us directly that they are going to let me go they are going to let me go they had to do that over the phone and they did not tell me why they had to let me go.

I take each and everday as an opportunity to better I have learned to work with different teams and managers. I enjoy myself and my worThe most challenging aspect is having to do senior personnes work who are lazy.. overall i enjoy everything amd I like challenges that help me grow..

Great experience given, as well as growth

My name is Mchumane Somerset, a Logistics Manager. I chose to pursue this career because of its application in all spheres of life, business and in all industries. I love working with people and in most cases, it is the people that drive the ideas, tools and the implementation of processes. Logistics Management combines the assets that I enjoy working with, which is people and continuous improvement processes. I am a self-motivated, ambitious and mature individual who loves challenges. I am also a dynamic young man who is passionate about working within a manufacturing environment with all the challenges that come from it .

I have learnt a lot in logistics businesss

I work well both in a team and individual environment. I archive my targets and I meet deadlines. the challenge in finance is working overtime during month end and year end but I've got used to it and I have found ways to work more smarter and wiser and still producing accurate results. I enjoy my role in finance and i'm always up for a challenge and growth.

Excellent Learning Curve

I was enjoying every moment of my working day. I was the best and I could work with any person as a result I was respected by my co-workers. I learnt how to operate machine, SAP programme and how to interact with other people. I enjoyed teaching other people about my work, reporting findings that will save company budget and helping other co-workers. I hate the moment of short time and layoffs.

Good starting point

Always hectic with lots of running around chasing goals and deadline Great place to start work because you learn a lot from different people who have worked in different places and industries I have a great understanding with my co-workers and mutual respect and understanding even with the the customer Last minute changes change and the customer not wanting to take responsibility for certain thinga is our biggest challenges we face

Pros: Its a great place to learn & grow
Cons: Stability as the are lot of reasons why production can be stopped or canceled we don't only depend on the customer but also other contractors and sub- contractors which affects our salaries and benefits

An employee with experience

I work for a good company, been with the company for 6 years. My work involve dealing with people and admin work. Feels like i've been doing the same thing for 6 years now so my job is not challenging anymore to me, hence i'm looking for a new job. The people that work with are good people always supportive. Given the opportunity, I will perform my duties with dedication and loyalty. It is my aim to make and be part of a successful team that is directly involve in making the organization a success, as I believe I have a role to play in making things a success
