I learn to treat everyone equal not taking side.Professionalism is the key for treating people.

Typical work is when the customer comes around 4:55 and buy 5:00 you have not knockout.So here is the customer you have to help him and outside is running.And he or she is going to collect a lot of stock that you must check it with him or her.My relationship with my co-workers is very good because i am a person who understand giving everyone time to explain.I learn to give other people second chance in their work.And i learn to treat other people nicely.Mostly i enjoy when we meet a target and making jokes when we were in pressure.I enjoy when everyone is happy reaching our target and when i see happy faces with smile is where i enjoy. The most challenging is where by the customer is here only to find out customers parcel is not ready but someone just call him to come and collect.That is challenging because the customer get angry for that and you have to face it but not pointing or blaming others.

Pros: To great opportunity for promotions you have make something that is going to attract people and offer them something.
Cons: depending on business and pressure your facing.

Excellent people, horrible management

Work days are extremely long, the people i work with are all very talented and gifted people but do not get the opportunity to grow and thus stagnate and stop trying

Pros: constant challenges
Cons: long working hours, poor pay
