Inspired Interfaces Reviews

Always keeping up to date with latest tech

Currently I test all new software development done by designers and write documentation for customers to use the software. I help assist customer onsite or remotely to resolve installation, bug and user issues. I am responsible for the office networking and training centre Hardware and software. Right down to installing utp cable etc. On occasion when we have a high demand for training from customers I will train them on how to use the software. I am also responsible in making sure that we have no down time in servers or equipment by insuring the back up power inverter and generator is maintained and up to date.

Pros: Go getter and need no oversight from directors. Love to stay physically fit resulting in healthy mind and body
Cons: get to involved in my work

NA

The company is small and quite flexible in terms of working hours. I normally come in very early and get a lot of work done before the others arrive. The days can become quite pressured when new releases of the software are due. Travel around the country happens regularly to present courses in the use and integration of the software.

Pros: Great colleagues. Pleasant working conditions
Cons: Very reliant on government contracts
