Working at Inqaba has definitely been a learning curve.

It has been amazing and a journey to learning more.about market research From data creating to sales and marketing, promotions and persuading client to buy the most controversial product, which most see as scary and disgusting has really been a journey.

Energized passion in science

I am a young and enthusiastic person who enjoys labboratory work. My daily rutine is to perform laboratory work that include PCR, gel electrophoresis, matrix(gel extraction) and enzymatic (SAP) DNA purification,DNA extraction from blood,tissue, hair,plant and fungal/bacteria. The challenges I face would be fast turn around time for the experiments as we share the thermocyclers thus I end up having to wait for the machine. Also training new interns which requires patience, however time waits for no man whiles I am supervising interns. At the end of the day, as long as they have grabbed the procedures and would catch up quickly so that they also can work independently.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Too much work and less machines for experiments to be done urgently

Biotechnology

I have a BTech degree in Biotechnology and a three years work experience as a molecular biology technician. I also have a microbiology and QA experience .

Pros: Hard worker and independent
Cons: Long working hours
