I work well under pressure, a great team leader. Im obedient and take my job very serious im punctual it is a great company to work for, managment are very good listeners they are very professional. Its a place to grow get a lot of experience, meet new people everyday and create good relationships every day. Challenges would be very demanding guests and under pressure by operations. Co-workers are God sent it is a family away from home. I have learnt more and valuable things in guest relations that i will use to take me greater heights,

Good opportunity for starters

Its very challenging environment, I learned to work hard, to be well organised to work under pressure.I enjoyed working with colleagues. The challenge aspects is when is busy days like holidays, weekend and month end

My journey at my first time job experience

It has been a great journey for me as my first time job and has really taught me many things about hospitality industry, eg client service and telephone etiquette. We worked as a team and a very helpful team. The most wonderful thing a had with my job was when we went for a tour in the whole resorts viewing all the hotels, went to ride race cars and when for lunch all payed off. I havea good relationship with my colleague, we help each other out work staff and personal staff. My most challenging aspect of my job is coming across angry guests, they will be shouting at me only to find out they are talking to the wrong department, and after that you have to pick up another call with a smile in a professional manner on the other had the guest just shouted, or having to work double shift from 15:00pm to 07:00am.

Pros: Getting to learn how to deal with all kinds of people with their different personalities.
Cons: Working double shift and not being payed for extra hours

Receiving a high volume of clients

-A typical work day-when i have to do the last minutes bookings for meeting rooms -I enjoy working with my co-workers -I have learnt that to achieve your dreams you must upgrade your self with education. -I enjoy most to interact with my clients and put a smile on their faces the only thing challenging is not being treated fearly.

Creating vendor accounts and creating files for auditor visits Loading payment terms on accounts Monitoring payment terms on accounts Releasing orders received from customers Sending of monthly remittances or proof of payment to all customers Creating progress billing and pro forma invoices Creating credit and debit notes, creating vendor applications on the system Daily calling of customers regarding payments at month end or immediate payment if customer’s on a COD basis Invoice controlling(work well with procure.net), GRV`s Preparing monthly collection forecasts Responsible for general administrative work including filing, faxing and photocopying Creating recons at monthly basis & balancing of supplier statements

Assisting clients,logging calls,answering calls,booking meeting rooms

Dealing with different departments,assisting the clients,booking meeting rooms,logging calls, checking the requirements inside the meeting rooms, checking if the floor is in appropriate manner e.g bathrooms,kitchens,pause ares and office environment.

Pros: gaining experience and interact with diffirent clients.

Always learning new things and meeting and dealing with different kind of people

I like my company as I learn more things and gain more experience with training. My co-workers we get along and make a good team , sometimes we work under pressure some days are just fine. I have learnt more from my company regarding dealing with people and attend to problem solving with some of the staff. I enjoyed the training sessions and the most challenging was when its pay day sometimes people will come with pay queries, some they wont be happy with the rate or salary they getting

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Sometimes we would work long hours
