Great experience

Working at Inforcom is very challenging and busy because we deal business clients who clearly enderstands service delivery, but also fascinating because it keeps me active and I must always be accurate, focused and deliver on time. I must say with the conducive environment at Inforcomm and friendly wonderful colleagues it makes our job easy and able to cope with pressure. During placement with Inforcomm I have learned that good customer service plays a crucial role in any business because clients will always come back for the value of service they have received and they will refer or advertise your business to other clients. My best moments at work is when I receive compliments from clients by meeting their expectations and knowing that I have made difference. The most challenging part of my job is when a range of regular clients demand quick service at same time and with new clients expecting the same level of service.
