Handling all manager duties when needed.learning the basic knowledge to improve myself nd my fellow staff members. Having fun nd energy on a daily work day to encourage staff the essence of a non stress environment. Dealling with difficult customers with a calm and collective manner.

No room to grow

A small family business with no room for outsiders to grow. A very disrespectful working environment which can explode at any minute. I unfortunately did not know what I was getting myself into and would have rather stayed at my previous job and been underpaid but happy.

Cons: Get ready to be disrespected every day all day
