Work is hard because there's no format on how to deal with people, each person expects a certain level of treatment, so it's a huge challenge but doable as the work gets done, and the customers are happy.

Pros: Customers are happy and so is management
Cons: long hours, and low salary

Marketing and selling products of any brand

Relationship with co-workers is great, the same with management. Learning the art of selling products. The biggest challenge has to failing to please a customer and management, and not meeting personal targets that you have set for yourself, including required targets.

Cons: Not making any sales and sometimes not meeting a personal target

Communication skills, mastering the art of selling a product, and being a team player.

A days work is long, and exhausting yet interesting. Meeting new people, and as much as we think we know a lot, we also learn from our own customers, so each day is an opportunity to learn.

Pros: Each day is an opportunity lo learn something new
Cons: Working on weekends, and holidays.
