Excellent learning curve

Working at this company is the a great thing since i am learning new things about the property valuation aspects. I start work early in the morning because its great to start work early. I have a great relationship with my colleagues since we help each other when we encounter problems. I have learnt that municipals valuations can be done via desktop. I enjoy helping people when they they know how to do some properties. The most challenging aspect of the job is when we our sernior valuers do not have time to teach the candidate valuers how to do their job.

Pros: The is an opportunity for growth at the company.

Intermediate learning curve

I like getting to work early in the morning since i am an early bird. Have a cup of coffee and check my diary for my day plan. Check my work and check the news online. I have a good relationship with my co-workers since i am a judgmental person and i treat everybody with equal respect. I have learnt a lot about team work since i know that you learn a lot from other people and you wont know everything. I enjoy waking up in the morning and do something that is going to build me in everyday. The most challenging aspect of my job is people who are stubborn to help other people.

Good

I am qualified property valuer with experience. I am a hard working person with good communication skills, computer skills and interpersonal skills. I enjoy working with other people and can also work on my own. I am registered with the South African of Property Valuers Profession.

Good learning curve
