Interesting Projects

I typically work for myself as an independent contractor. I go into businesses and deliver projects and then leave. Projects are very delivery focused. Company see you as an extra resource that needs to deliver in a short space of time It provides and opportunity to learn a significant amount. The challenge is to get up to speed in the shortest time possible. Working against extremely tight deadlines.

Pros: Great experience, Flexibility
Cons: Lack of certainty, treated as a consultant and not part of the companies long term plans
