Steep learning curve.

The school was always one of the best private schools in Durban. Sadly it is no longer so with a high levels of staff dissatisfaction and a high turnover. It still has the potential to be a great school again. It just needs a strong leader who will care for staff and pupils. As teachers we had to learn to deal with difficult clients. We had to produce well planned themes with attention to detail. Staff gladly gave of their free time away from work to ensure that the educational product was of the highest standard.

Cons: Micromanaging and not enough freedom of expression

Great experience

Its a great place to work.Friendly independent contractors .Always will to help if you get stuck.Its great place to enhance one's technology skills. Flexible in terms of hoe one chooses to work

Excellent Communication Specialist

I am the program lead for Distance Learning. I lead a team of lecturers and online tutors to develop in the learning space. I am articulated and been in comunication liaison between many different stakeholders. I constantly communicate with all levels in the organisation and external stakeholders. I train lecturers and develop them to design learning to project excellence in the way they teach. I am a qualified Educator Who completed the Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a Specialisation in law, Post Graduate in Education and completing Honours degree in Management. Culture

it great to work with people who support you and give you a chance to prove your skills and always gives you the responsibility of managing a different project. However, with a number of new projects coming it becomes difficult to manage work and work increases.
