Management is very supportive and provides learning opportunities for all staff.
I have been subcontracting under a small firm Lunika for the past six months. I have really enjoyed the client exposure which covered both the private and public sector, mining and retail companies. We are a very close family at this firm, from the most junior to the most senior person. The level of trust and confidence placed upon us is very motivating. We work independently from planning to reporting and management plays a crucial role in providing the necessary support.

Move the barometer of the company's performance
I'm passionate about seeing a difference in a company. I always challenge my team to be operating better than the previous year. My typically day is working with executives and client CIO to resolved complex issues. I track and monitor progress. Areas that I suspect a problem or a risk, I work with all levels from executive to specialists to find a practical solution. I love to solve problems and give credit to the team for their hard work and contribution.

Observing and collecting data during teaching and learning.
I am a teacher trainer with the intent to use collected data to growth teaching and to advance learning in classrooms. I work with team of leadership for whole school development. We plan and conduct training sessions for the teachers. I also liaise with stakeholders like parents, funders, new educators and so forth.
Pros: I can be a dean of instruction in the near future thereafter I can be a school leader.
Cons: Intensive and long working hours with rather too little salary.

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE
Caring out independent data analysis and carrying projects for different clients, I possess a good relationship with co-workers and have learnt a lot through my job experiences. What I enjoy the most about my job is the application of mathematical skills in different professions.
