I am driver responsible for delivering and collecting goods.

Delivering as well as collecting goods,documents and transporting office personnel to and from Banks. When I am not sent out I help other workers with their various tasks In process of helping my colleagues with their various tasks I learned to drive TLB and Trucks, therefore that made me to enjoy assisting my colleagues with their various tasks.

Pros: There's was no signs of promotion owing to we sometimes work two or three months then stop one month
Cons: I work long hours sometimes with no pay

Excellent Learning curve

Has potential to grow Needs proper management Very competitive colleagues Small but lots of unrest Biased HR Moving between departments is interesting because I accuired new skills and experience.

Pros: No micro management
Cons: Women are not taken seriously neither respected
