Good communication skills

I believe that my strong extensive experience in the stock controller / warehousing make an appropriate candidate for the advertised position. As stated in the enclosed resume, I have been working as a Stock Controller with the [DAWN LTD / INCLEDON] for 4 years. Since my responsibilities and duties were quite similar to those required in the ad of your organization; I strongly believe I can perform well all the delegated duties and tasks. As I greatest success on this position I would like to point out that I have skills in FMCG / Warehousing, Peer educating. On the current posts I have always receiving excellent feedback from my employers, which proves my strong commitment to perform my responsibilities in professional and effective manner. I like to work in a team, but I am also comfortable working on my own. Furthermore I am Computer literate, good communicator, accurate, goal oriented, Reliable Thanks to my wide experience in FMCG / WAREHOUSING.

Opportunity to understand the corporate world

My daily job is to make sure that i receive documents such as GRV,Purchase order,delivery note and invoices from different branches attached them and split amongst the account payables for processing and sorting all the queries and also scan those document for safe keeping for future references, and also file and send the document to metro file once they are completely done with them, was requesting for invoices from the branches, and taking calls and messages for the account payables if to busy .Company taught me how do to communicate with others and able to work as team ,as well to work as individual without any senior employee come to me and remind me what i should do. I have learned to be a self driven person who is able to motivate my self to achieve a certain goal within a specific time frame i have set myself. what i enjoyed the most is to work by myself.

Great working culture and massive potential

Great and Challenging environment- always something New to learn. Great staff and functioning as a team to drive sales and provide solutions to our customers. Supporting role to my staff helping them to achieve their best. Great bonding with other Divisional heads and regular Golf games over the weekends are arranged to build the relationships. Learned a lot with the company about new business areas than in my previous job @ Atlas Copco. New exposure to Wholesale environment, and closer working relationships with construction companies. I have enjoyed the challenge of bringing in new business starting up new branch and driving the sales in a direction of fulfillment, Also working Closely with a large BEE 100% rating company and won projects worth 18.3 million Biggest challenge is to Discuss with Mining to support us even though our company has lost its BEE score and we not adhering to the Code of good Practice within the mining industry.

Pros: Great oppertunity to grow the market and reach success
Cons: Company Incledon which is part of the Dawn group has delisted from the JSE in January and the companies Cash flow is at a state where we cannot pay suppliers.

Great career growth, multi focused business.

Incledon was an 115 year old business, which thrived in its industry. The business looked after its staff members.  Senior management bared the brunt of the board members as they were bullied into operating the business by dictatorship.  This caused many skilled employees to leave and join the opposition and the business started to suffer from this. 

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion and lost of potential

Excellent working environment

The working relationship with my colleagues is superb. The format of my work is challenging and teaching a variety of products as we have a range of so many products. I have acquired so much knowledge at this company in line with plumbing, mining, construction and government tenders. Warehousing is my daily bread. Stock control, binning, logistics, fleet control, staff management is my bread and butter. Leadership is a skill acquired.

Pros: The opportunity here puts me at the most competetive edge as i have so much experience.
Cons: Despite long hours, i enjoy every moment.
