No learning curve

a typical day includes nothing but been dictated to all the time or being told how to do my work. my relationship with my coworkers is superb except the one with my immediate boss. we do not see eye to eye. i cannot really say i learnt anything from the company except to say i am being dictated to. i dont enjoy my work at all. the most challenging part of my work is to not let me be and do my job the best was i know how, that has been my biggest challenge
