Once in a lifetime experience

I have assisted Improx in the growth of their young training academy to be a first in the world, to infiltrate the rural areas of our countries schools, turning them into global universities. It has given me insight into the South African public education system, where I was met by the delegation of the National Association of School Governing Bodies, including Mr Matakanye Matakanya (General Secretary). Being a practical person and an out of the box thinker, I am able to adapt to any situation using my extensive knowledge from the various industries.

Taking initiative

Office Admin Conducting all training programs Identifying training needs Managing sales reps from time to time/ in the field Mapping out development plans for teams and Individuals Ensured office operations run smoothly Maintaining office suppliers Scheduling meetings and appointments Scheduling interviews and interviewing Managing Quality Assurance department

Pros: Great opportunity in learning new things
Cons: Working long hours in other department / no contract signed/ exploitation
