I am a hard worker doing a the checklist daily weekly and monthly and toolbox talk every morning before we start a shift all equipment checked in the morning .Safety audits and daily inspection . I'm a team player that understand different people from different nation knows how to solve problems and making a good relationship with employer and employees.

Excellent leaning and working with peoplew

I have been on a learning train since I started my career and is eager to grow more within a company. I love to expanded my experience and teach other people as well implement structures in place for a company to grow. I love working with people and hear there concerns or recommendation to implement within a work place. I enjoy small things as appreciation from people as well as making people smile and enjoy there work environment daily.

Pros: Meeting new clients daily as well enjoy working with my staff.
Cons: No growth oppotunity
