it was a great exprience working in that company, working as ateam, i learn lots of things, how to communicate with customer , handling preassure, i enjoy the spirit of team building, the challenging aspects is when our boss is moody she wil treat everyone like trash

Answering phone calls testing and counting cartridges

What I learnt I learnt to install printers into the computer for my self without disturbing my boss, and if there is something wrong to the computers or printer's I was the one who check b4 calling professional it

Pros: It was the ink cartridges and laser cartridges we were dealing with into that company first few days I was testing and counting cartridges an later I end up answering phone calls and knowing to install the New printers to the computer for myself.
Cons: We were working from Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:30.
