IS AN EYE OPENER FOR MY FUTURE JOB
we hold meeting in the morning to read our schedule and what are the shipments were expecting for the day, when a shipment arrives we check the condition of the stock (damages, dust,rust or wet stock) if satisfied we book the stock in the warehouse.
Pros: GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN WORKING WITH PEOPLE
Cons: THERE NO GROWTH, BEING STUCK IN ONE POSITION FOR YEARS

be responsible anytime and approved what it has to be done.. work hard no matter what time it has because you have to finished what client want to do so. checked or confirmed anything that its not supposed to go out it make you bad on your file

I have learned a lot on SAP system and i developed or gain more experience on working as a team.
I was working five days in a week, two weeks day and two weeks night. I was a Supervise and I was working well with my team and we always performing well. I have learn how to work well with different people and I also learn to work on different department as a Query Clerk, Inventory Controller and how to Pink, Invoice, and Dispatch orders. What I enjoyed most in my work was the SAP system it was best and also the team work. The challenging aspects of the job it was when it's month end, big orders needed to picked and invoiced always busy on a month end. I loved my job and I have learn a lot and am willing to learn more.
Pros: The growth opportunities, is that i started as Pick, i become a Stock Controller, Inventory Controller and a Shift Controller. i have gain more knoledge on SAP system and RF Scan.
Cons: I was working normal hours 08:00 to 17:00, unless if it's month end and we are working day shift then it push us to work sturday it was over time.

I am a hard working Team Leader who performs and delegates all my multiple duties in a respectful and professional manner. I am a confident communicator who works well with others. I am a good leader and feel that I am able to teach people the skills that I have learnt and show them how to do roles and task that they need to know how to do for their career. Pros: Compile, maintain and regularly update the record of quantity, type, material and specifications of all merchandise stored in the establishment and warehouse • Prepare lists of depleted items for replenishing and inspect defected items to establish the cause • Resolve discrepancies in the slip inventory, purchased items list and packing quantity records on a daily basis • Complete and issue weekly inventory reports to the supervisor
Cons: Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, distributing the workload evenly amongst staff and making sure motivation and performance levels are maintained.

Excellent
They offer a good service, the money they are giving me is satisfying but it doesn't satisfy all my needs, I want an office job not to work in a warehouse lifting heavy stuff and standing the whole day

Excellent learning Curve
Inform customers on account status when necessary. Complete CRM's or telephonically informing customers of outcome. Work as a team member and not on my own. Create authorization number on SAP and using the correct reason code. Confirm with customer to get stock ready for collections and Log on system. Enjoy most to talk to the customers. Most challenging is to get acknowledgement for a job well done.

How to prepared the orders correctly before the customers can recieve it
Make sure we procces the order to make sure th clients/customer get in time.we understand each other and we learn other how the easy way to work fast but make sure it is the right way/prosses of the company.the more i push the order the more i enjoy and the company make money n grow up.at the month end,we minimize the lunch break in order to rich the company s target

Excellent learning experience
Very good place to grow, ample opportunity if you are willing to work for it. Lack of experience from top management in succession planning lead to downfall.
