My forte is with the turn around of companies that are under performing and not achieving targets

Operations, financials, IR/HR, service excellence, sales and marketing and customer service. I have accumulated a vast amount of knowledge on the industry, trends, patterns and how our Economy affects the industry as well and one of my strengths in achieving targets and turning under performing companies around is by sharing that knowledge to staff that report to me, mentoring and building on people (families). The key to a sustainable, healthy and profitable business is consistency and communication at all levels at all times. Due to the processes and training of key staff in strategic positions, we have grown the business for IDL KZN from just 1 initial principal they had in Danone to now 18 principals. This has been my passion in turning around an operation that is not performing and watch it operate profitably as a well-oiled machine.
