I have learned a lot

I have learn how to deal with different individuals daily as we know we are not the same,good communication with the client.My days at work are not the same some times we work under pressure that push us to work unpaid overtime.I have a good relationship with my co-workers and also my manager,I enjoy data capturing and payroll

Learning experience

Description of my Job Is to do the weekly wages for 52 driver & salaries for fleet of 20 people. capture the killometres weekly capture diesel slips call the drivers for briefing & debriefing daily book vehicles for COF & service when due Responsible for leave planing & PDP's My relationship with my co-workers is good and I enjoy working with them. I have learnt to be self reliant & to be able to multitask.To be able to build relationships & to be deadline driven. I enjoy making decisions & bringing about change. Being valued & appreciated.Learning & seeing myself excel in what I do.Motivating myself & my team.Seeing the business growing & making profit. The most challenging aspect is to deal with client & convincing them when you have to make changes.Dealing with queries from clients.
