It a good start
it a busy schedule, you need to a multitasker,it a very cold place to work, we work as a team, you need to be computer and SAP literate, be someone who willing to help other departments , show respect to your fellow workers, you must be good in counting and problem solving.

Excellent experience
i work Monday to Friday and overtime if required like when we are closer to our financial year end. ive expeirienc a lot in the company as i started here as a POD controller i have learn to deal or communicate with people from a different stages. i have a good communication with my customers Shoprite DAO's. i enjoy mostly when it month end where the customers are paying us according to our statements and getting the replies about rejected claims. most challenging aspects of this job when i can not find the POD whether it been lost by the drivers some receiving managers does gives us problems but to do a follow up immediately and building a good relationship with them helps a lot. i love my job

Good learning curve
Good company to work at, very good benefits. We are a family here who look after each other, very good relationship with all of the employees. I have learned so much, from Telesales to HR administrator, in less than 2 years. I love working with the employees, and I just love payroll Disciplinary action against employees is not always easy, but it needs to be done. ICL is looking after the employees and training and development is very important for us.
Pros: Not much opertunity for promotions in ICL, maybe in the other branches of Imperial

Excellent fast worker
a typical work day is very hectic and assist were needed if my work is done for the day. I am a very trustworthy person and can easy communicate with everyone. I have learnt that every day is a new day to learn something new. I enjoy helping others when needed. the most challenging aspects of my work is the investigations whereby I have to investigate the losses of the company

The experience in work and then exposure I got it was a good exposure
a great opportunity it will be for me and a great asset will I be to the company. over the the time being there blend a lot of things and it has helped me grow more professionally as a driver and as an employee work well with client's take note then problems to do skills good listening and good behaviour can work overtime dedication I put on my work I work very hard I listen then I take instructions and apply problem-solving skills when he dead
Pros: working at companies help me Lord to look at myself more differently professionally cause now there's Alchemy to have the spirit of their group work working with people and their use revising and knowing how to give off the duty that supposed to do as you take your duties
Cons: it was good experience working long hours when did it take over time cuz he had no problem because you get compensated and pay double for those hours with work extra so working overtime does also an advantage and benefit for you there were no complaints

Challenge experience for an female
As the only female in our department was a nice challenging experience to work with a bunch of men When I started we had an Transport Manager and Transport Controller who were retrenched at a later stage,who left myself and the router clerk alone,we had to ensure we keep the drivers in tact which can be a very challenging experience but we had everything under control Ensure delivery times were met,trucks maintenance are done on time eg.COF's,Services tyres,fridges.attendance of drivers and van assistants, returns are kept to a minimum follow up on drivers and stores on an hourly basis. I enjoyed the relationship I had with our drivers and van assistant and the respect we had for each other,learned to have an listening ear and try my utmost best to understand their difficulties what the experience on the road.

Typical work day
A very busy and exciting job where are the outbound deliveries are prepared for the following days deliveries highly active shift with a lot of things going on at the same time

Looking for something near home and better
Currently I am employed as a Call Centre Agent for Imperial Consumer Packaged Goods where I am responsible for Dealing with customers telephonically, Internet, e-mail, instant messaging, providing an efficient and courteous service to callers, capturing orders, dealing with queries, authorising returns and confirming delivery dates. I have experience of dealing with customers in a proper manner, operating various factory machines, basic I.T and technical support skills. I do believe that my creative nature and working experience makes me the ideal candidate for this position.
