Being always sober minded and to report every little wrong thing even if it is not my work stream.

What I like the most was to be given an extra time to complete the job if it was not complete. A good communication with the other employees make them free from hiding their problems. It was very good to work hand in hand with the miner and the shift supervisor. I enjoyed the planning of the job with the other services department because it was where I started to learn the relationship between the engineering and services department and thus my job was very easy. The most challenging aspects was when I planned Sunday job for uderground power extension and had to transport the cable on Sunday morning rather than transported it the previous day to avoid cable thieves to steal it. We therefore used to start the work a little bit more later. That think of avoiding the thieves to steal the cable led us to work more hours unnecessary.

Pros: I ended up being promoted to be a Forman .
Cons: Long working hours caused by cable thieves.

I learned a lot about different characters and how to treat or communicate with different people

Org/Pa department (Impala) I am presently working as an Org Administrator and my duties include using ad-hoc query to run my files and make sure that I solve all the queries in my department. Creating positions for new employees and acting positions, promotions, demotions and lateral movement of them on SAP. I also update information on SAP.

Pros: i get a chance to solve or help HR's to solve technical problems.
Cons: Sometimes its boring to do the same thing everyday and not get anything challenging

I am a hard working man with multy skill experience.

Impal gave us experience and skills, but and we work so hard because of the multy skill program..we are not given enough bonuses yet we over the target there is no promotion.

Learning curve & Ling work relationship

Im a fast learner work orientated and goal driven person. I believe that I am an investment for any company. I am a team player and pays attention to detail. I am a problem solver and believe in equal rights for everyone. I am competent to do what is expected from me and always go the extra mile. I am never abscent and always report for duty. I strive to do my best and to look after the employers best interest. I have an excellent work relationship with colleagues and teams. I have learned that where there is a will there is a way and to reach targets which can be challenging at times. I motivate my team by rewarding the best worker of the month and thats how we get things going. When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.

Great mentorship

I was one of the most fortunate graduates. I had a great mentor on my side and I was able to wo. The long hours to be coming one of the best shift supervisors were strainers towards my personal and family. I most enjoy working as a miner and making sure that people get back to their homes after the shift. .

I am a team driven leader and I've learnt time and team management.

I work for a company of over 5000 employees and I have grown from miner to shift supervisor within 3 years. There are challenges but I have learned to be calm and how to handle pressure at the workplace.

Well trained and expirieced

enjoying every moment on daily basis when doing my job and relationship with my co- workers not bad depending on daily engagement . what I like if we can differ, we differ for good course. different people with different character's always is a learning curve. working with all kind of ages is a challenge but at last we become one team. most of the time I enjoying challengers and competitions for a good course. work load, production figures and safety is always a challenge aspects.
