Impact Hearing Systems Reviews

Supportive role to practice manager, Great work/life balance

A typical workday: I work alongside an audiologist / practice manager, thus we are two co-workers in the office. You will mostly perform a supportive role to the audiologist, work with patients, manage debtors/creditors, and liaise with various medical specialists. Relationship with co-workers: - you must be emotionally mature, and be able to handle co-workers with different perspectives What I have learnt: - I have learned that the audiology industry is extremely competitive and that customer service is what sets companies apart from each other. What I enjoy most: Accounts management (compiling reports, debt collection, debtors/creditors) as well as working with a diverse range of patients The most challenging aspects of the job: - remaining neutral in the face of adversity (difficult co-workers or difficult patients)

Pros: Great work/life balance
Cons: High staff turnover rate and no significant job promotions available
