Excellent learning curve

I do more off designs daily and welding sign boards and applying vyinals .good relationship with co-workers and I have learnt a lot about designing and printing.I enjoy being at work than stay at home doing thing.challenge is when I more order in a short deadline notice but I try my best to meet deadlines

Pros: less opportunities for promotions
Cons: long working hours
