I have learnt a lot in terms of communication, problem solving and what the world is really like as I have interacted with hundreds of different people and it has given me an insight to a lot. I have a good relationship with staff and no matter what conflict arises I keep the peace and do not engage in any disputes to create further conflict. I enjoy being able to help and solve problems and be able to come up with new ideas to better the organisations offering. The most challenging thing for me is my ideas which are huge issues of the organisation being overlooked even when the situation arises, yet I have mentioned the possible negative outcome and the situation could have been avoided. I am always overloaded with work which is not my own as it always gets dumped on me from all departments because people do not do whats needed of them or there is no one employed to do it. The lack of communication always puts me in a tight space.

Pros: Good entry level job to get market exposure
Cons: Bad working environment, Long hours

Excellent experience. No biasm and great working environment

Excellent employee treatment. Opportunities are available for growth. Good pay.. I am pleased to have been able to work got the IMM Graduate SC wonderful working hours. Fun Friday events and activities. hool.

Learnt alot

working hours are 9 hours and 1 hour lunch break we work we work from onsite and off site depends where our programmes are being held.my relationship with my department is great we all get along and work together as a team.i have learnt alot being in this industry and grew as a person, i enjoying the traveling and meeting new people and the challenges it trough at me.company has not tried to keep staff happy we earn just a salary no benefits or bonus. challenges faced no one takes accountability for his/her actions.

Pros: able to do any type of job
Cons: the policies of the company
