Great exposure to different industries

Great tea mates, new programs introduced JDE, Salesforce and B2Wise. Management is the greatest challenge. A consultant was brought in to asso. However all that happened is that staff are being treated horrible and worked out so that the consultant can hire old staff members. lleagues

Excellent learning curve, Great benefits, no work/life balance,

No work life balance expected to work weekends, public holidays and evenings Work load is enormous and when you complain you are told you are the problem High Pressure due to lack of structure in department Labor intensive system and to many that must be constantly monitored Blame culture and no corrective actions

Pros: good benefits, pay well
Cons: long working hours, line manager will not have your back when things go wrong
