Challenge myself to grow in every single aspect

My typical day is based with challenges to get new clients on board and that is a daily passion for myself. I am working in a team where we all work together and the respect in the team amplifies our productivity. We all know the sales targets daily and I have managed to get everyone excited about us reaching the target. I love the customers the most and believe in strong relationships which generates massive sales. I do all the customer relations and have learned to listen to my customers to improve my company.

Great platform to equip oneself .

As a warehouse assistant in these past few years I have learnt to work with people. How to handle different personalities which is very important for intense days or times of tremedous pressure. Even with all the teamwork training one gets by working in a warehouse, I have also received a level independance like setting personal goals regarding my daily tasks or even occasional projects.

Pros: Great platform to learn
Cons: Salary not enough

Great Learning Experience

I've been working at Illumina Lighting for almost 6 years now. When I started we were over 60 staff members and then we downsized up untill we were about 10. We went through lots of changes but was still expected to function in excellence so to have done that molded and shaped me that everything that seems to difficult i rather see it as a challenge rather than a problem.

Pros: Great learning experience
Cons: Weak to no promotion opportunities
