Excellent learning curve

- I run around all day long coordinating and motivating all distributors, packers, bookkeepers and quality controllers in my team so that we are always on top amongst others. I ensure all dispatched goods to be imported for that day are in order and on time. - I always inspire and encourage my team to be the best but very strict and do not tolerate laziness and they love me for that. - Employees who are not motivated in their work area are not productive but if you put yourself in their shoes first before implementing any strategies a lot can be achieved. - I enjoy seeing employees transforming from being lazy to a super employee through my initiatives - Managing human resources can be a challenge some employees bring their problems to work and that can influence other employees negatively, dealing with such employees may ultimately require harsh measures. It's not easy disciplining some of your team members but it's necessary for the business.

Good junior position

I have learnt so much e.g Laboratory analysis of water quality ISO standards and food safety Gained skill set of good Laboratory practice Compiling of reports Interpretation of results Report writing The most challenging aspect of my current job is to be with family and having to attend classes at school since it is far away from town.

Great learning field

Company that makes alcohol at merebank,started of as anApprentince learning how everything functions and to follow what process to be good for production,after qualifying I was still working shut downs cleaning and changing pumps,valves putting new caskets etc.

Learned a Lot

Time for a new challenge. The sugar business is up and down and I would like something more secure. I am ready to take the next step in my career. A typical day starts early morning and only ends when the last phone call is done. This could be any time of the night. I work well with my manager and with my team. I have learnt so much over the last 5 years. I love working with people and giving great service. Sugar is regulated, so this makes it a very difficult product to sell

Excellent experience

Postive working environment everyday is a new dayto take on new challenges therefore you always have to go into work with a positive attitude. . I have learnt to work independently and under pressure , to deal with people and situations that require tact and to to develop a consistent method in meeting deadlines
