Ilios Travel Reviews

Staff and employees bring along their unique character and flair to their profession.

A typical work day consists of waking up at 3am in the morning, driving to the depot, de-activating the alarm in order to pickup your manifest and keys for the vehicle. The vehicle gets inspected for any scratches or dents which is noted on a diagram and signed. I am a morning person, so I prefer doing the 4:30 or 6 am pickups to the Airport. At least I am not the only driver up and about at the wee hours of the morning. The roads are quiet and traffic is minimal. My relationship with the Fleet, Operations and Dispatchers are pretty good and pivotal for smooth operations. During the off-season there are moments during the day that perhaps require a driver to pickup a driver from the panel-shop or pickup a vehicle from the dealer. I believe in taking initiative and leading by example. Most of my managers know they can depend on me to get the job done. I enjoy meeting first-time visitors to the "Mother City" because they have endless questions that I enjoy responding too.

Pros: Meaningful interaction with colleagues and clients.
Cons: Long hours during peak season

Excellent experience

I have knowledge and experience in the management of Fleet and operation's. As such, I understand the requirements and standards for these environments, and have successfully managed the day-to-day operations, and client- and staff support requirements. I am offering an exceptional attitude and work ethic to add value to any task assigned, and am looking for an opening with an established and reputable organisation that would offer me an opportunity to not only utilise my skills knowledge and experience in the management of Fleet and operation's.
