Strarted off my job with good learning curves and building experience as a consultant working with various clients. My skills have improved greatly, however have to move on as there is no growth in career.

Pros: good for personal growth and development
Cons: no benefits, no bonus, no incentives

General Overview

Typical Work Day: Long hours and away from home for days. Work through out the night. Relationship with Co-Workers: Very good, great team work What I have learnt: What I enjoyed most: Is doing my work and handover the project on time. Great co-operation I had with subcontractors and clients. Most Challenging Aspect of the Job: When management refused or ran away from fulfilling their end bargain -Dishonesty and un-accountability on the part of some of my managers when dealing with client.

Pros: Good Work Exposure
Cons: Little knowledge of complexity of Work from Superiors.
