Profound thinker and an exceptional leader. Willing to put others before himself and focuses on assisting other. Typical work day involves reviewing Requirements matrix, reviewing test cases from Test Analyst, meetings with stakeholders, attending the daily scrum. I have learn that its most important to communicate challenges. I enjoy closing projects

A daily synopsis at present

I am responsible for 14 different contracts. I am responsible for creation of legal documents, presenting, sign off, relationships management with necessary stakeholders as well as operationally executing these success criteria’s whitest optimizing and innovating and driving the western province department to stay relevant for the WoW envisaged in the future of the industry. Daily I am present at one of the contractual commitments, ensuring adherence to the defined success criteria, coaching and leading while at attending to growing the region, the account and attending by to staffing requirements in all aspects to creating a resourcing pipeline to feed new business. I in addition am project managing 3 technical managed services (new to the business) crafting and evolving the display of the operational and business value contribution

I managed to adopt quickly and efficiently with my working environment as well as my colleagues. My exceptional personal skills include both Analytical and technical skills that enabled me to integrate well with other employees and develop a valuable friendship. O am currently working for ilab based at vodacom midrand. I am dedicated worker nd opened to assist my colleagues whenever they want my assistance. I am opened kind and supportive team player. I learned to work as a.team not as individual and to.communicate properly.

Willingness to learn and use new technology.

I am a very open minded person, which is what the industry needs. Am always willing to learn and used new technology to make my life in the work that I do easier. Testing requires are team to always agree and disagree t whatever is being tested, presenting a test pack is one of the thing I have passion to do because it builds me to able to talk to everyone and make my work easier as I will be doing exactly what is needed and more.

Consulting

Since the company mainly consult, you as an individual you get exposed to diffrent industries and different people, culture, race, ways of working. Adapting to a new enviroment it is a must os that you can survive.Although it has it ups and downs but you learn a lot out there in the field.

Pros: They train ther resource and encourage skill development

Excellent learning curve

I enjoy working for iLab and being based at a Kirby site is also quite exciting. I have a good working relationship with both BA's, Developers, PM's and my team leads. I enjoy my work but I particularly enjoy deigning test cases and analyzing the requirements. I get to fully understand what business wants and think of scenarios that might break the system ensuring delivery of a high quality product.

Pros: Good Knowledge transfer
Cons: Not challenging
