An additional experience to my studies.

I do career guidance to applying and current students in the College, provide psychotherapy, facilitate workshops for study and life skills. I have a positive, working relationship with the lecturers of varied subjects as they also refer students to our office. So far I have learnt that professionalism and sticking to ethics is the the best policy, team work is very vital in an environment where the well-being of others is concerned. The aspect of my job I enjoy most is seeing someone leave my office with a smile and the most challenging aspect is my age because most students are my age or older than me.

Educational experience

I worked three days per week Monday,Wednesday and Thursday,on Mondays I'd have afternoon sessions,Wednesdays and Thursdays in the morning.My lectures and I have a good relationship since we're ought to facilitate the students. I enjoyed seeing students I tutored obtain good grades.I've learnt how to communicate with people,team work and leadership skills.The most challenging aspects of job were when I had juggle my school work and student tutorials.

Excellent learning

Meeting deadlines, overcoming organisational challengies in a good manner with out affecting any one negetively, I enjoy working with people sharing ideas, good relationship with my colleagues by respecting each other
