Amazing Culture

Working at iiNet is all about delivering awesome customers service. And that I believe, is my passion. A typical day would consist of inbound challenges amongst teams to see who meet the required KPI's at the end of the day to obtain a prize. The relationships between co-workers is amazing as each one is always willing to help the other. iiNet has taught me how to manage my time properly, work in teams and creating first call resolution 99.9% of the time. The most challenging aspect of working at iiNet is adapting to Australian Law as its an Australian company that deals with customers money.

Cons: No Room for growth
