Excellent learning curve

Its a great company to work for, everyone get along and I have a good relationship with my co-workers, we all work together as a team and if one is overloaded with work, we do help each other. I have grown so much since i have been with Varsity College both personally and professionally.

Great skills acquired, Developed critical thinking

The company provided opportunities for creativity, encouraging freedom in class. This is a pro and con, it provides to openness of problem solving on a daily basis ,b t also stay within the framework of the entity. I have learned a new independent wat of work results driven by my own accord. The only challenge was to further develop as the requirements of the role stretched far beyond the classroom. I utterly enjoyed the changing environment and the constant introspection the role allowed.

Cons: Extended job requirements hindered further development

Excellent learning curve

The compay is okay. Small number of employees which means I can interact with all end-users. This is a good opportunity to learn new things and get involved in all projects undertaken in IT

Great learning curve

I have a great work relationship with my current colleagues. I have great interpersonal skills which makes it easier for me to work with people. I have learnt that no matter how hard you try to keep things smooth and be civil with people, there will always be difficult clients/users. But due to my customer service skills, I am able to juggle the conflicts I face every now and then. The challenges I face daily (both technical and user problems) makes my jobs worthwhile. I enjoy that because that's what helps me to grow in terms of experience.

Excellent growth

Working with a team was a blast , help me stand on my own and solve any issues i may come across and my than manager was always firm to try everything i could and see how far i get than ask for help while we come up with solutions to tackle the problem.

Pros: Able to deal with people
Cons: overtime
