Learning beyond compliance

Hard work Flexible tasks Leading Managing Training Trial and error Opportunities to learn were countless but this caused problems as often planned tasks would not be completed on time. The people who served longer had a very fixed approach to things.

Pros: Great learning
Cons: Low salaries
