Excellent learning Curve

Everything is OK, i have a good relationship with most of my co workers and managers, and i have learnt a lot in this 2 years and some moths i have been here, loyal and having good time management skills, working great with my team and other teams when the need arise. i enjoy my work the most and the challenging part is when the busy season comes and that is basically from December to mid February. the only reason i want a new place of work, is that here there is no growth, and since i am furthering my studies, i feel that i need something new and refreshing to go with my studies.

Pros: flexible working hours and no weekends and no public holidays worked.
Cons: no growth.

Great place to learn, with very engaging colleagues.

Received a lot of encouragement to drive innovation and new product development, as long as core responsibilities are met. Core responsibilities include: - Developing forecasts - Producing qualitative analysis of industries and countries - Presenting topics of relevance at conferences and client engagements - Dealing with client queries and requests - Assisting with consulting engagements

Pros: Very engaging and stimulating work environment
Cons: Difficult to get visibility and meaningful career progress outside the main center of London

New experience

A typical day at work, would be getting to the office and start working. There is not much interaction outside of my team. My team and I have an amazing relationship. There has never been a dull day with them. This new experience allowed me to tap into a whole new part of my skill sets by researching and being exposed to client facing projects and handling them to almost near perfection. The only challenging experience I felt with this company is the to e difference between South Africa and the United States which does not allow for effective research to be done as I would need to call and my working hours at times did not permit this to happen.

Pros: Great company for growth
Cons: Time difference and working hours
