Good learning curve

I work every Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week as a field worker covering two communities in Dihlabeng subdistrict. As a field worker I give health education, offer Sexual reproductive health services, HIV testing services and initiate beneficiaries on ART, PrEP and PEP. My target group is adolescent girls and Young women aged between 15 to 24 years old. As a team leader I have a good working relationship with colleagues, what I enjoy the most about my job is educating and empowering our clients with knowledge related to their sexual health and on how to maintain their good health in check. My biggest challenge has to be working with limited resources to a point of improvising with what we have in stock but that does not me from rendering my services to my best capabilities.

Excellent learning curve and freedom of action

the working hours are normal and can leave a room for an employee to do some other things at home. the employees are quit friendly and there is freedom for employees
