Excellent Learning Curve

My job has become stagnant, there is no room for further growth within the organization. The work load is heavy and there is lots of pressure. I enjoy working with my co-workers

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

Very busy must be able to multi task. I have a good understanding and the make my day. Consumer rights,legislation do`s and donts of debt collection. To be alert and double check all work at all times. The challenge of solving problems. Working with limited resources and having to do more that one persons job per day without enough time.

Right place to obtain experience

Very good warm environment, good working hours and again great place to get experience. Co-workers are friendly people. What I enjoyed the most is the challenge placed upon us to work together as the team, seen everybody trying to bring their A game it amazing because it improves the production. Most challenging aspects is dealing with difficult staff who always find a way to misrepresents the statement.

Learning as we grow

Have been happy working here, but the changes in the debt collection industry is harrowing. With q link not being processed properly there are a lot of matters where people are now not getting money in. The staff are friendly here and I njoy working here as I have learnt so many new things.

Pros: Your hard work is appreciated
Cons: The hours are long
