Excellent learning curve for me

I have a great relationship with my workmates, because we all work together as a team to reach our targets. It is sometimes stressful when half the day has gone and I haven't made a sale, then I push myself harder. I have learnt that being happy increases your chance of making a sale, Client's buy you and not your product, Treat your next call like the first call. The more you dial, the more chances you have of getting a sale. I enjoy closing client, I literally celebrate and I also enjoy team buildings. The only challenge I have is clients answering the phone, When they see the number, they ignore or reject.

Excellent learning curve

- A typical day at work word be to get to work an hour early to go through the previous day feedback and work on improving productivity. - I normally got to work 2hrs earlier for one on one session with my teammates as a team leader. - I have learnt that I can do anything I put my focus on. I've also learnt a lot about the telecom industry. - I loved assisting customers and get the response of satisfaction, I love doing product training because I was very passionate about the services rendered and my job and I also loved working in a team.
