Learning curve

GREAT LEARNING CURVE

IT GREAT BECAUSE OF TEAM WORK,ENJOYED THE PROMOTION DAYS,IVE LEARNT TI COMMUNICATE WELL WITH PEOPLE EVEN THOUGH SOMEWTIMES WE WOULD WORK EXTRA HOURS,THIUSDAYS AND TUESDAYS WERE TIPICAL DAYS BECAUSE THOSE DAYS WE WOULD WORD EXTA DPOING EXTA MILES UNTIL 8PM OF WHICH DURING OTHER DAYS WE WPORK UNTIL 5PM

Pros: GREAT COMMISION
Cons: LONG WORKING HOURS

Good for starters looking for experience

It good company if you at the beginning of your call centre career but definitely there is not much to hold on for if you have gained your experience and their low basic salary does not help the case as well

Pros: Very convinient in starting time which is not too early or late 8:45
Cons: However you do not have a for sure time to log off you just know that the latest is 7:30 pm

Learning curve

I have learnt how to be the best sales agent. Always learning new stuff on a daily basis. Never give up until u have given it ur all. Answer every objection honestly. Always be polite Excellent telephone ethics Professionalism. Be the best you want to be. Setting of goals and accomplishing them. Motivation. Growing as a person. Being confident and vibrant. If there is something I don't understand I ask for help. Teaches us how to be successful.

Pros: Best call center to work for
Cons: Working hours cause of traffic. We should start day shift local campaign earlier like 8 and finish at 4:30

Excellent experience in building up your carreer

Ignition group has given me my chance to shine and have honed my talents and skills to make me what I am now. There are a lot of ways to make money in this company and the environment is good. The learning curve here is exceptional. Salary increases and more.. Chances to earn uncapped comm.. And to win with incentives.

Sales

I have 9 years of sales experience,I'm very creative I pay attention to detail, I ejoy workng alone aswell as with the team, sales is my speciality,some of my duties included sales, , merchandising, cashing, ans meeting daily tatgets.and I have a good customer relations, I have learnt quiet alot in the company that I'm currently working in at the moment , it was q bit challenging ans different to what I know but I enjoyed every minute of it because I had to get out of my comfort zone and think on my feet.

Pros: well having worked in a place where you have to be flexible and adapt to change easily prepared me for anything

Learnt to work under pressure and with different people

Worked for 5 months as quality assurance and 6 months as a sales agent.Company as groom me to be independent, fast learning, hard working person that is willing to learn everything

Very hard working and enthusiastic. Able to work under pressure

My company is a good company. Learnt new things as well gained experience on how to make money and sales. I have great friends that motivate me every day. I enjoy dialing with all my friends in my team. We all motivate each other. Everyday is a good and exciting day for me.

Pros: Its a great company to work for
Cons: I work 9 hours per day. Weekends off
