Iam current working as administrator for the past 8 years
Iam current working as contract examiner I have been doing this work for the past Quality Assurance and Activations of Mpumalanga Maxiloans Applications 1. Verfying and checking of all Maxilons applications for activation on the following : - To make sure that correct signed application and correct signed contract are included - Correctness of the member information - Updating of member information on the sap045/01 - Correct capturing of income detail with all relevant documents as proff attached - Correct capturing , interpretation and submitting of itc , cca and personal liabilities information to establish affordability - Correct captured bank details ( Bank statement –if necessary ) - Check of whether the latest payslip were submitted - Check the correct calculation of nett, income,according to current procedures - Activations of approved applications and declining of applications who do not met criteria as above - 8 years .
Pros: Iam a person who is willing to take extra mile when come to work i like challenge as well
Cons: i cannot tolerate if someone does not take responsibility and accountability of his or her work

Learning Curve
My work is always up to-date, when I knock off I don’t leave work without out finishing and run home. Normal do my work according plan which one is urgently and important by do treat my client the same . My relationships with colleaques is great we are working as a team I learnt to put customers as 1st. Even though we (employees) are coming from difference backgrounds, but we must work together without undermining each other . Working as a team sharing the knowledge, ideas. I appreciate each other and work according to the value and policys of the company . When we are not making a big profit, it stresses us as the growth of the company depends on making profit, and also we know that our bonus and increase wont be good. We have to come with a plan how can we improve that situation .

It was challenging and enhance a great capabilites and development
The was a quiet huge and consists on many products that has to be sell out to customers. Our main duties and responsibilities was to sell and acquired as many customers, ensure are satisfy at the end of the day. I believe that my expertise, and qualifications in Information and Technology will make me a valuable asset to your organisation. Able to work under pressure, regarding myself as a public servant with passion, determination to serve my country and able to add value to its people, a constant pursuit of knowledge and willingness to learn as much as I can. We had a very well relationship as colleagues and we work very hard to achieve organisational goals and mission. To pursue a challenging work experience that will enhance my capabilities and provide an opportunity for me to learn more.
Pros: It is a very great opportunities for job entry and want to explore in working enviroment.

Self driven
It is not bad company only the salary is less.My colleagues were like family supporting each by sending leads and working as Team.we celebrate our birthdays and go out more often LSO contribute for funerals. I learned if u a self driven ,determined, passionate and goal driven you can achieve anything .I also learned that commitment, persistence will take far.The most challenging aspects it to negotiate company stop order with directors and opening new work sites.

Lot of experience in customer service
I really really like working for iemas. I enjoy working with target. The busy days are end of the month. I have good relationships with my colleagues. We share ideas and we also support each other. I have learned to be more patient, and to appreciate other people. What I enjoy the most is to stay motivated all the time . And the most challenging thing is we get all of decline application

Excellent learning curve
it is a family yet professional environment.I have been loyal and dependable for almost 10 years now.We are different and yet we do respect each other and work as team.I start my day buy going through the applications, check if they have been correctly completed, supporting documents and start processing.I do follow ups before end of the day.I have learnt to be accurate, vigillant against frodulant documentations and give clients feedback.

i would like to make a big contribution in on of the big companies on south africa preferably in free state, north west and northern provinces. i have realised that these provinces still need lot of exposure in terms of new and latest information and they situated almost in the heart of the country. kindly consider me for the interview

Great place
Iemas is a great company to work for, great people, it supports families, its a great environment to work for, hectic month ends, but the work is stable and easy to handle most times. we respect each other and work great together
