Great opportunity to learn
my work is not too much or difficult, my position also include, making sure the area is always clean, be for anything i do some cleaning for an hour after i sit down for calls coming in, transferring them and taking massages, i am one person who get along with everyone because i believe is my responsibility to be good to another even when they do you wrong, i have learnt that each person deserve a chance to change and that to pray for one another can bring that change. i enjoy the most my launch time, i also enjoy when the company is doing well in terms of meeting the budget for the month because everyone will be smiling including the manager. the most challenging is when i'm busy preparing the place and the calls start to come in, which means i have to do both at the same time.

Credit controller since 12/08/2009 till Nov 2016 and now Team Leader Central Collection
Have 10 + years overall of working experience. Two years as a Teller (Frontline, Business & Bulk teller), two years as ATM Custodian & Treasury and Seven + years working experience as Credit controller and served as Credit Control Manager for 9 months and recently being appointed as Team Leader Central collections. I have good written, telephone and communication skills in English and I use these skills to deliver quality results to my company and provide good service to clients through communication and requirement gathering. I also have wide knowledge and experience in collection of arrears which is my core duty and banking industry. I have studied system analysis and accounting which give me broader knowledge in analysing accounts and adapt easily to every system.
Pros: Seeking for the challenging and rewarding role as a Credit controller on business operations, support and usability to offer effective and efficient solution that would help the organization to minimise its risk that will maximizes its productivity in the environment which it operates.
Cons: Serve for a long term at the same company and doing same thing over and over again

Laern to apologise even if i am wrong
-I work in client and answering and transferring calls. assist the consultant to print out contracts for the member to sign. -I understand my colleagues so that it can be easy to assist by being friendly with them makes jokes to lough. I like to maintain a good relationship with our client and colleagues. give them support on their challenges. try to discussed with the challenges we going trough. make cross celling if we don't get enough business for the month, by calling the client to cell the product and services we have. -I learn to take my work series. in my mind when the client comes in or call, I must help them because is my salary. - I enjoy when I see that I offered the best service to my client. when the team reached their monthly target budget. I like to have a good relationship with the client. I enjoy to have challenges on the work I am doing. -the most challenging aspect of my job, I answer the phone, and at the sometime I must assist the work in client.

My name is Ntsietseng Thelma Tsotetsi and I am a skilled, gifted and hardworking female employee who is looking to relocate. My skills include being a credit officer and sales consultant, and I have just completed a credit management course (NQF Level 6) with the University of South Africa. Currently I am a credit officer at Iemas Financial Services (Co-operative) Limited, and more over I was also a credit controller at Capitec Bank which is coupled with being an assistant branch manager in that role. I have also worked in retail at Clicks Store and I received two promotions whilst there, one of which was to the position of Assistant Manager. I have excellent communication skills, integrity, analytical ability, a proven track record & am also exceedingly punctual. I know that my background, work experience and qualifications, combined, make me the best candidate for your organisation.

Good learning curve for insurance industry
Working on audit engagements in the office or at the branch having meetings with clients analyzing data I work with a very fun bunch of people who love helping one another , we study together and we learn a lot from each other. I learnt how the insurance industry works and also have better experience in terms of working with new systems like Idea. I enjoy being able to work in teams and times to have my own projects. Travelling alone to branches which are in mining areas.

Arrears collections on high balances and high risk accounts To maximize the rehabilitation of high balance and high risk arrears accounts To minimize bad debts writes through cost effective collections tactics Prepare legal documentation and case files for vehicle repossessions. Member account maintenance. Relationship management and retention of members Load debit orders and once off payments on accounts. Send Section 129 letters to customers in arrears. Post payments to accounts and allocate as required . Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms.

Excelent learning curve
