my name is takalani tshitangu am a young innovative woman who is always looking for oppotunity to grow and lean as much as she can. am only 31 years of age. It was magnificent and mavelours experience I earn from that company

I was working as a office admin clerk and also managing HR process, we where developing and effective human resource plan, Developing strategic interventions, Identifying employees or categories of employees who might leave, I was translating the department's business strategy into a human resource strategy, Monitoring and benchmarking, I also perform constant skills audits within the , Data capturing, Call answering, typing, File capturing, Job induction for new employees, I told you it was a amazing and. Wonderful experience I have archived in my life experience.

Pros: For promotion I must first workhard for the company uplifting it into the higher standard so that your employees will award to you the promotion
Cons: It was hectic long working hour, but also wonderful and amazing at the sametime really.

I am excellent in dealing with people positive,listening attentively.

I am a good communicator,problem solving.I work hard to make progress in the company and willing to not to make left overs,I make sure I complete all duties of the day before I leave.I compromise with people and quickly understand everything before I make a sound decision.I know it is more important to do exactly what I've tought to do.If any problem with my co-worker I straightly discuss with that particular person not on my own because I know that will make a negetive effect.The most challenging thing is when I got a lot of work to deal with and have a limited time likely when it is a half day at work but I make sure I prioritise what is more important before I leave.

Pros: I work hard that why they like to work with me.
Cons: I almost make my time schedule for a single work to make sure everything is done within a day.

Doing a great job for the country

I am a municipal outreach coordinator my job is simple i have to plan evens and visit different stakeholders to educate them about Democracy and the iec. me an my co-workers get along very well we a small creative stong team. i have learned that life is not only about me but others too, i have to always to make sure my customers are happy at all times..the most thing i evened was when i had to interact with learners during School Democracy week n having to hear there views about our country. the strickes in the community made my job very challenging becomes most of them didnt understand the role of IEC.

Excellent learning curve

My typical day at work would be doing an out reach programme where we go out to the community at teach people about democracy and what is IEC there for especially now since there are no voting processes on the run so we are a close family since there isn't a lot of us at the office.I have learnt a lot at IEC especially what democracy is about what I enjoy about it the job is diverse so you learn new things everyday talk and see new people all the time.the challenges I would say we face is not being able to make people understand what IEC is about

I am a young ambitious individual who is a good listener, has good people skills, fast learner, love new challanges, have good team buliding skills as well as can work well in a team.

Hard worker

Just a hard worker and a very determined individual. My strong points are hard working, honesty, trustworthy, focused, reliability and a drive to success. I am well experienced with computer and I am able to learn new programmes quickly and thoroughly. Also make my job more enjoyable and do not have problems meeting deadlines.

Pros: very chalenging but interesting at the same time because you engage with the community everyday

I excel in my job I am productive and Always on time

Mind blowing experience that aim to challenge and make you better at what you do at all times you became better and best better than you were yesterday you just keep on improving

Pros: I would love to grow or be promoted if the opportunity exist otherwise I am about job well done not promotions but only if they exist I don't mind
Cons: I am OK with long working hours because I love what I do it makes me happy I don't mind or even feel its long hours my passion for my job make everything feel easy
