Good Day thank you very much for given me the importunity, my work is very nice but I just want to go and peruse another job I have been doing this function for more 6 years , my relationship with my employee is very nice, I have learn so much with my organisation, what I was enjoy most is when we are going to team building and the function that I was doing, the must challenging aspect is when im going to attend briefing meeting for the tender, you can control people in the boardroom especially when they are hungry to get a job. Much appreciated
Pros: i have been promoted twice
Cons: im working from 8 to 5 but i can work untill 7 in the evening and some time i come on weekends

Its a temp position, semi goverment and corporate department.
Good day, I work well with my team mates and customer service is our number 1 priority, the interesting part about travel is that you learn new things almost everyday. The satisfactory in my working environment is getting a client to a destination and they come back enjoying and loving that place, i have learned that people are different and in this industry patience is the vague, creating new relationships as well with clients. Having to get a client stuck and be able to fix the problem because in this industry it does happen, most importantly end up having a good relationship with that client. Also being recommended by client to work with them is been what keeps me going, i have worked with VIP's mostly in my career and

Travel Management
The role is challenging and every day brings a new challenge to take on and its one of the reasons I love what I do, Its very service orientated and always seeing a smile on the travellers face is what I strive for.

Excellent company to work for
I am on a 6 month Contract with IDT and have no guarantee that I will be appointed permanent. My day start off with check calendar for RGM, make sure appointments are still on time. Do travel arrangements if any. Submit reports. Replying to any emails. I have a great relationship with my co-workers, I am a people person and can take to anyone. IDT is a great school, we run projects for Dept of Education on building schools for them. I have learnt to deal with Contractors to NGO'S. What I enjoy most is that not one day is the same at this office. Challenges is that everyone coming into the office wants to leave happy and with something to look forward to, which is not possible at all.
Pros: The salary and perks.
Cons: Year end overtime.

Distributing of mail • Loading &updating details of service providers on VMS • Secretarial &Reception Support: Answering all calls &handle calls inquiries • Redirecting calls to appropriate staff
