Good place to gain work experience.

Every day is busy. I work in admin and always have work. I am never bored. The work load becomes overwhelming at times when I am not able to complete tasks within deadline because of having too many clients or if I just miss a day or two at work, it takes a week to catch up. My co-workers are great, we get along well although we do now and again fall out over mistakes done. I rely on the previous person handling accounts to ensure they are thorough in settling, when the client comes to me they are being prepared for a clearance. Disputes with payments can be a great hiccup in the process. I don't feel valued as my salary has not grown much and I have been moving to various departments to up skill. Commission structures have changed less money. The company is doing particularly great and growing rapidly. Management is very poor when it comes to looking after employees and communicating professionally. No pension fund or provident fund however there is retirement annuity. My biggest challenge is remuneration.

Pros: Great for growth and gaining skills.
Cons: Poor remuneration and lower management lacks competency and professionalism.

Learning Curve

Company teaches one how to survibe on your own. Colleauges are supportive. Management is good. Targets are hard bit realistic. I enjoy helping clients drawing realistic budgets for clients. Making a change in their lives. Most challenging aspects is that at times the value and the effort one puts in is not fully compensated.

Pros: Teaches about the credit industry.
Cons: Commision salary with small basiv

Insightful and informative

.It's very challenging as I work with different clients, I get to learn and deal with different personalities. We get to be exposed to many system and learn more about financial aspect and how they ended up being on ddebtsebt

Pros: Incentives and commission base structured - this motivates to reach the target and friendly environment
Cons: Long hours and a bit unorganised management

ur self as Its a greate working enviroment, where employees are willing to help one another. Youbl. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone especialy those starting their working journey.earn to push your self as

Pros: Greate place to grow your knowledge regarding your finances
Cons: So far I do not have any bad expiriences working for the company.
