The industry is a great learning curve and also provide you with great opportunity to grow.

Working at Truworths straining but also good learning curve, yes we work long hours but the team that we have always put the best efforts to achieve the best results and it's for those results that make us the one shopping fashion retailer. There is this good relationship between line manager and team on ground level ( co-workers). Line manager gives out or delicate duties to lower level team and team perform those duties very well. I have learnt to work with other people constructively, cohesion and harmonious relationship with other employees The most delightful moment is when you meet your given target and you being rewarded, it's most amazing feeling. Our job is challenging especially when you deal with angry customer, when you having discrepancy on cashier summary and when you loosing stock , these are some of the things that demotivate and distruct you a bit.

Pros: There is opportunity to grow in business when you working smart and put the best foot forward, associates your self with positive people and also come up with the best results most definitely your name will be on a manager's succession plan and promotions will be given to you.
Cons: Ja we work long hours no time to spend with family. Working over the weekend and money is always an issue.

Excellent learning

Well work for Identity was a great experience and it really groomed to grow up in the retail industry. I had a great time working with different people dealing with different characters.

Excellent Learning Curve

I am now well experienced to working and managing people in the work place. I enjoy meeting new people everyday and to learn new things in life. Based on the experience I've gained through my previous employments, I am now believe that I am fit enough to handle large companies and to manage many employees and to face huge challenges in the working area.
