Was a great learning experience
A typical day for me at work is I would be put on the till help merchandise assist customers sticker the clothes and clean the store . had a very good relationship with my coworkers. I have learnt how to assist customers in a kind and friendly manner I learnt how to work on the till and how to make sales . I enjoyed helping customers the most . the most challenging part of the job was making sure the stock was not being stolen .

My learning
As I mentioned the above post I am very interested and willing to learn.And I want to move forward with my career,yes I have Grade 12 and further studies of HRM but I didn't finish to study because of finance ,I have certificate of HRM but I am willing to learn for better future. I am the humble person to communicate wth others.

Excellent learning curve
At my company we multi task that's why we are called flexis because we don't limit ourselves we learn everything that takes place in the company unlike doing the same task every day , we have learned how to do admin, we know the procedures of working at the cash desk and we know what is expected from us in terms of customer service. I can simply say my company has taught me to always excell in everything that I do and that if I believe in myself and have a positive attitude everything is possible to achieve and that I must not be angry when I am given feedback whether it is positive or negative because feedback it is a breakfast of champions and it helps one to improve and do better next time and as for my colleagues we make the best team because we are open to learn and share and we utilise our team strengths to become productive

I REALLY ENJOYING TO WORK AND EACH EVERY DAY I"M LEARNING NEW DIFFERENT THINGS.
MY JOB IS ALL ABOUT SERVING THE CUSTOMERS AT THE STORE,MAKING THEM TO FEEL WELCOMED AND SHOWING THEM OUR MERCHANDISE.AND I REALLY ENJOYING TO WORK WITH MY COLLEQUES.SERVING CUSTOMERS AT THE CASH DESK I REALLY ENJOYED.

Growth is very important to me
In everything I do I believe that you need to grow so I have been with the company for to long I need to develop myself I need to have something challenging that will make me happy everytime when I wake up in the morning and now I am looking forward to gain more experience in sort of different things I am looking for not just a job but to build a great future, a good career I like working with people I am a team player I have a good relationship with my colleagues we are more like family friends I like working with good spirited people who have positive attitude who adds value in my life that is a have now and I would love have that in any company I will associate with. When working in retail you come across so many kinds of people with different personality it's so great nice experience but sometimes so sad some are so difficult.

Long hours and no growth
I use to love my job until I started noticing that there is no growth at all...I've been a casual worker there for 2 years now but still in 1 place which breaks my heart a lot....my relationship with Co-workers is fine can't complain the most challenging aspect of the job is that we stand the whole day and no sitting down is allowed no matter how tired you become...worse part I work with money I need to concerntrate especially when there is so much pressure end off the month..I really cannot say i enjoyed I just enjoyed working with de people that I worked with around me...I learned to be fast accurate and to focus...

Hard worker
I'm commited to what I do,can handle presurre , pantual and am also a fast learner.i can also work a team and treat my seniors with respect and deliver to them.i gained experience in costumer service ,merchandising and sales.
